We only collect personal information that you submit to us when you fill out forms or send e-mails. The purpose of saving your information is to be able to perform the action you have requested and we will only save the information as long as they are needed to fulfill your request. You must actively give your consent to the collection when, for example, you fill out a form on our website. You can subsequently withdraw your consent to the collection by contacting us, and have your information deleted. You may also request to have your information corrected if you believe we have incorrect information stored.
Our website works even if you choose not to provide any personal information. The exception is if you want to order something or contact us in any other way than telephone. In these cases, we store your personal information in order to contact you or perform an assignment requested by you. You will need to provide active consent for these data collections to store your data for this purpose.
Sharing of data to third parties
If you fill out a form on the website, your information will be stored in our database located at Oderland Webbhotell AB (Orgnr: 556680-8746), Östra Hamngatan 50 B 3TR, 411 09 GÖTEBORG. The purpose of the storage is to be able to contact you with answers to your questions.
Otherwise, your personal data will not be shared with any third party or used for any purpose other than what they were originally collected for without our prior consent. The only exception is if we are required by law to disclose information to, for example, the police authority.
Some data may be stored outside the EU / ESS. In these cases, we only use services that have a personal data protection that is at least equivalent to that applicable to data stored in Sweden.
Right of cancellation
You may, at any time, wish to withdraw your consent to us storing your personal information. You can also request correction of the information we hold about you. You also have the right to know what personal information we have stored about you, how we have collected them, what we use them for and who we have shared them with. You have the right to do this once a year at no cost. Information that you submit via one of our forms is stored until we have processed your request. We then have as a routine to clear any information no longer needed, no more than two years after they have been submitted.
We use Google Analytics, a Google statistical and analytics service (Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). Google analytics analyzes how you use our site, including which pages you visit, which page you came from, which browser and operating system you use, your screen resolution and where (geographically) you visit our site. The data will be transferred to Google (servers located in the United States) where they are analyzed. Google is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield, which means that data processing is done safely. You can download an add-on to your browser that prevents your data from being shared with Google analytics. Our website may contain embedded content from other sites (such as Youtube videos). Embedded content works just as when you visit the actual site. This means that these sites can collect information about you, use cookie files, embed additional third-party tracking and monitor your interaction with the embedded content. If you have an account and are signed in to Youtube, for example, your interaction with the embedded content can also be tracked.
